07APR06 - Illustration Friday - Speed

Without a cape: I looked up what the speed of the earth is... One is rotating at a speed of approximately 1,000 miles per hour at the equator. But this is not that fast. Apparently the earth is moving around the sun at a mere 67,000 miles per hour!
